TALTECH ESTONIAN MARITIME ACADEMY

TalTech is the flagship of Estonian engineering and technology education and the only technological university in Estonia with a strong international reputation. It has 8 faculties, 8,800 students and 2,050 staff members from over 90 countries (11% foreign staff).

The BALTIC-FIT project is implemented by the TalTech Estonian Maritime Academy. It is the only educational institution in Estonia that offers professional higher education and Master’s level education in the maritime field. It currently offers 7 study programmes and undertakes applied research and development in the maritime sector in the areas of maritime transport, maritime cybersecurity, blue economy and aquatic resources, green maritime technology, waterway safety management, maritime safety, security and navigation.
